RETIRED cage pros Johnny Abarrientos and Victor Pablo have joined the coaching staff of the Far Eastern University Tamaraws. The two will help assistant Richie Ticzon as he gets the team in shape for the coming season of the 74th University Athletic Association of the Philippines men’s basketball tournament.
The two came aboard after Ticzon was the only one tapped by the school from among the team’s many assistant coaches to help conduct the Tamaraws’ practice sessions.
The school has yet to announce a new head coach after Glenn Capacio quit last season.
