Pharex Naproxen Sodium tries to remain unscathed when it battles PC Gilmore Tuesday in the resumption of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) D-League Foundation Cup at the Lyceum of the Philippines University gym.

The Bidang Generix face the Wizards at 4 p.m. in their return to action since a rousing win over North Luzon Expressway (NLEX), 79-74, two weeks ago. A win over the Wizards will hike their win-loss record to 3-0 and put them a game ahead of idle NLEX, which has a 2-1 record.

Pharex coach Carlo Tan said the Bidang Generix are not yet in their full potential even after the upset win over the Road Warriors.

"We are not that good yet," said Tan. "It is my job to tell them not to be satisfied with what they have shown."

Jeff Morial exploded for 16 points and nine rebounds to lead the Bidang Generix to the win over NLEX.

Like the Bidang Generix, the Wizards are also coming off a victory. They beat Freego Jeans, 81-72, on March 29 after losing the league opener on March 12.

"We came off a 17-day break after our first game so I think our chemistry has improved," said PC Gilmore coach Richard Del Rosario.

A win by PC Gilmore is important, especially now that Tuesday's game will be the start off a tough two-game stretch, as the Wizards will face NLEX next on April 12.

Carlo Lastimosa scored 20 points while Allan Mangahas had 16 points and seven assists in the Wizards’ win over the Falcons.

In the first game, Maynilad looks to make it win two straight when it tangles with winless Cafe France.

The Water Dragons defeated Max! Bond Super Glue, 82-61, on March 22 and now aim to tie Group B leaders Cobra Energy Drink and Cebuana Lhuillier which are both at 2-0.

Cafe France received a sound beating at the hands of Max! Bond Super Glue, 83-62, on March 29 for its second straight defeat.
